Q1.フェス会場にはいつ入れますか？

2024年6月5日（水）18:00〜より、各ブランドの販売商品を事前に見ることができます。ブランドによっては、イベント開始当日まで商品を公開しない場合もございます。

Q2.フェス会場に入場できません。

フェス会場にご入場いただくには、チケット購入者に発行される「ユーザー名」と「パスワード」が必要になります。

Q3.チケット購入後にキャンセルはできますか？

チケットのキャンセルはできません。

Entrance Ticket

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Inazuma online festival.
To participate in this online event, from 7 pm on June 15, 2024 to 9 pm on 26th(Japan time), you will need to purchase an entrance ticket following the link below.

About Shipping

If you would like to purchase any product(s) from this online event and have it shipped to an address outside of Japan, please register as a member at the following service.

Once you register for this service, you will receive a "Your tenso.com address" and will be able to make purchases at any of our stores.

When sending items purchased at this event to overseas, the brands will (1) deliver the items to the warehouse where they will be shipped overseas, and (2) ship the items from that warehouse to overseas.
The shipping fee for (1) is paid at the time of purchase, and the shipping fee for (2) will be charged later.

Method of payment

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB credit cards are accepted for shopping during this event.
American Express and JCB brands may not be available at some shops.

In that case, you can pay via PayPal at all shops.

Terms and conditions

Although this is an online event, it is just like a normal offline Inazuma festival event.
All the items they offer are, off season, one-off samples or could be slightly damaged.
Please also consult the brands when you are purchasing. The brands that participate in this event are not responsible for any returns/refunds. Please examine the product images and descriptions carefully.
